• To use the Tonal Trainer, there is a membership commitment cost of $59.95/month(plus applicable sales tax) for 12 months to access the software and the full trainer.

Code Claim Process and Product Installation

Claiming Your Tonal Code

All members of the Gift 13–15 snapshot are eligible to claim. You must claim your code through the Gift Goat claim page linked below during the Claim Window. The Claim Window is open from March 20th, 1 PM ET, to April 3rd, 1 PM ET. Goats have two weeks to claim their code. Codes will be sent via email within 24 hours after the claim window ends on April 3rd.

Ordering & Installing Your Tonal — US Residents

Once you’ve received your claim code from VeeFriends, you can proceed to the Tonal website to purchase. If you’re ordering from a US address, simply enter your claim code during checkout, and the total cost, including shipping, will be adjusted to $0. After placing your order, Tonal’s white glove service team will contact you to schedule installation. They’ll come to your home, set up the Tonal, and assist you in creating your account at no additional charge.

It’s important to note that Gift 14.5 doesn’t cover Tonal’s monthly trainer subscription service, which is mandatory for the initial 12 months. The 12-month membership costs $59.95 per month(plus applicable sales tax). This subscription unlocks unlimited access to Tonal’s workout content, which includes personalized weight recommendations suitable for all members of your household.

Codes must be activated by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on July 31, 2024, to ensure white glove service and complimentary shipping eligibility. We can’t guarantee the complimentary white glove service and shipping for any codes not activated by this date.

International Resident Options

International Gift Goat holders have the opportunity to redeem their code. However, due to Tonal’s shipping restrictions being limited to the US, Tonal is unable to deliver outside of the US.

Alternatively, international Goats can gift to a friend or sell their code to allow someone else to get lean and mean as they see fit.
