Get ahead of registration today for easier check-in at VeeCon and guaranteed seating at Thursday’s Opening Night concert for the first 2,000 registrants (with plenty of lawn space and overflow for all). Also, all ticket holders can now easily delegate additional tickets to friends and family while retaining ownership of the ticket! That means your wallet will still technically hold the ticket, but you can assign admission to another individual!

Desktop Registration
Visit https://veefriends.com/veecon to begin. We recommend using the desktop platform to avoid errors during ticket registration. If you don’t have a VeeFriends account, create one before registering.
Step 1: Log in
Log in to your Veefriends account using the login method that applies to you.
Step 2: View Tickets
Scroll to the bottom of the VeeCon page to view all your VeeCon tickets associated with your profile’s wallet address.
Step 3: Register Your Ticket
Click the ticket you want to register, enter your full name, and provide a clean headshot to help expedite check-in. This year, the headshot will be used for identification at the gate. Click “upload photo” to submit your registration.
That’s it! After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email about your ticket registration! Mobile App Registration
First, make sure you have the VeeCon app downloaded on your Android (HERE) or iOS device (HERE). Once you’re ready, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Log in
Open the VeeCon app and log in using your Veefriends account credentials. Choose the login method that applies to you.
Step 2: View Tickets
After logging in, you’ll see a list of all your VeeCon tickets associated with your profile’s wallet address.
Step 3: Register Your Ticket
Select the ticket you want to register, enter your full name, and upload a clean headshot. The headshot will be used for identification at the gate. Click “upload photo” to submit your registration.

Please Note: If you have already downloaded the app, you will need to update it in order to register your ticket. If the update isn’t showing in available updates, use the search function to find the app, click into it, and you should be able to see an ‘update’ available.

Delegate a ticket
Looking to bring Friends & Family but want to avoid the hassle of Web3? Ticket delegation just got that much easier with VeeCon! Using either the desktop platform or mobile app, you can easily transfer a ticket to someone else. Just select the ticket you want to delegate, enter the recipient’s email address, and click “delegate.” They will receive an email invitation to register for VeeCon and follow the same registration process as you did.
Register a companion
Need to bring a companion as a guardian? You can easily register a companion’s ticket for VeeCon through either the desktop platform or the mobile app. Simply select the ticket you want to register, provide your companion’s name, and take a headshot picture of them. It’s a quick and easy process. That’s all there is to it! The registration process is simple and straightforward.

VeeCon Ticket Registration FAQ
What happens If I am unable to register my VeeCon Ticket before the event?
A: If you are unable to register your VeeCon 2023 ticket before check-in, there will be a designated help desk at the gate to assist you with the registration process. However, it is important to note that if you fail to register, you will be required to have a mobile-compatible NFT wallet to confirm your entry into the event. Hence, we strongly recommend completing your registration before your arrival to avoid any inconveniences.
When will I know if I was part of the first 2,000 registrants and secured guaranteed seating for the Thursday Opening Night concert?
A: Notification regarding your guaranteed seating status will be sent to you at the start of VeeCon 2023 week.
What does a “clean headshot” mean?
A: A passport-eligible headshot would be a great example of a clean headshot. Please use a clear image of your face. Do not use filters commonly used on social media and please remove any face covering or mask so your full face is visible. If check-in staff cannot identify you via your headshot, you will be asked to present a photo ID. Thank you!
What other places will my registration headshot be used for?
A: We respect your privacy and the protection of your personal data. Any information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purposes of organizing and conducting VeeCon. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent.
How many tickets can I delegate?
Ticket delegations are limited 1 per account, meaning if you wanted to delegate 2 tickets , both individuals would need a VeeFriends account.
