Announcing the VeeCon Community Stage!
Community is at the core of VeeFriends. We are excited to announce the VeeCon Community Stage, a dedicated stage built and integrated into the VeeCon festivities to offer community members who are leaders in their fields a spotlight to shine on the first day of VeeCon 2023.
The VeeCon Community Stage represents the values and ethos of VeeFriends through the voices and views of our Community. VeeCon attendees will get to hear from VeeFriends community members who are leaders in the world of business, marketing, entrepreneurs, artists, and so much more.
VeeCon 2023 Community Speaker Stage Programming
There will be several panels, each lasting 25 minutes featuring community speakers. We are excited to integrate our community during the VeeCon festivities for the first time and provide a platform for them during this special occasion.
How To Become a VeeCon Community Stage Speaker
If you are interested in applying to become a VeeCon Community Stage speaker, please complete the VeeCon Speaker application form by April 14th.
(NOTE: If you have already previously applied, no further action is required, your submission will be reviewed)
After applying, the VeeFriends team will review all applications and reach out only to applicants who are selected with an invitation to speak on the VeeCon Community Stage! Once selected, VeeFriends will also announce the VeeCon Community Stage Speakers via all social platforms.
Why Apply to Become a VeeCon Community Stage Speaker
VeeCon Community Stage is built different. We recognize how unique our community is. Their support, passion, camaraderie, care, accountability, and love for each other are second to none. It’s only fitting to create a dedicated space for our community to shine during the year's biggest event.
Selected VeeCon Community Stage Speakers will receive the following for acceptance into the program:
- Receive 2 G.O.O. (Gary Originally Owned) VeeCon 2023 General Admission tickets
- Receive exclusive VeeCon Merch
- Recognition of their participation on the Community Stage on @veecon socials
NOTE: Travel and lodging accommodations for individuals selected to speak on the VeeCon Community Stage will not be provided. Additionally, no additional access at VeeCon is provided beyond general access to VeeCon and speaking on the VeeCon Community Stage.
VeeCon Community Stage Speaker Announcement Schedule
- VeeCon Community Stage Speaker Application Closes: Friday, April 14th, 2023 @ 5:55 PM ET
- Community Stage Speakers selection will be selected and contacted via Email by Friday, April 21st, 2023 @ 5:55 PM ET.
NOTE: We will notify across social & Discord of selected speakers being emailed to confirm the process is complete.
VeeCon Community Stage Details
The VeeCon Community Stage programming will occur on Thursday, May 18th, from 3–6:30 PM ET, in White River State Park, Indianapolis, IN. Only ticketed VeeCon attendees will be granted access.
